MAINTENANCE REQUESTS
Maintenance requests can be submitted to your Community Manager in person or by phone. You can also submit requests through the Resident Portal below. Maintenance requests are generally fulfilled within 72 hours unless there is an issue requiring further investigation, additional parts or personnel. Please do not contact the corporate office for a maintenance request.
IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE REQUEST:
Please call your community office line and there will be an option for you to be connected to the Emergency Maintenance/After Hours Line. Examples of an emergency would be a loss of electricity or water, or a significant leak.
As always, if you smell gas or see smoke- please get to a safe location and call 911!
