FAQs

What states are you located in?

We operate communities in Arkansas, Illinois, Louisiana, Mississippi. Oklahoma, and Tennessee

Can I pay my rent online?

We are happy to offer residents convenient on-line payment options. Please visit the RESIDENTS tab on our website or speak with your Community Manager to have your rent automatically withdrawn from a bank account each month.

What should I bring with me to view an apartment?

All of our communities require a valid government issued ID or a driver's license.

How old do you have to be to apply for a Senior community?

Our Senior communities welcome those who are 55 and older.

Do you accept pets?

Each of our communities welcome your pet, service animal or emotional support animal. Please contact the community directly for any size, weight, or breed restrictions and to receive any applicable information about fees.

I am a current resident and my lease is expiring soon- what should I do?

We hope you will continue to be a valued resident, but should you decide to move, be sure to notify your Community Manager in writing 30 days prior. The apartment must be cleaned and returned to the status it was given to you in. Please see your community office for more information.

Is the security deposit refundable?

Yes, if eligible, deposits are typically refunded within 30 days. Please communicate your forwarding address to the Community Manager prior to your move-out.

Are these apartments based on your income?

Our affordable properties adhere to the income guidelines for "Tax Credit" properties within the state in which they are located. Your rent amount is not based upon your income, but there are certain income requirements and restrictions. Please contact the community directly for the most up to date information.

Do you have an on-line application?

Because of the strict reporting guidelines for our affordable income properties, we ask that you make an appointment with one of our leasing professionals who will guide you through the application process step by step.

How long does it take to process an application?

The application processing time varies depending on your household size, income, and other factors that may need to be verified. Because every household is unique, so are the applications. Our Compliance department and Community Managers will work together to process your application in the most timely manner possible.
