Can I pay rent online?
Yes! If you are a Pointe property resident, you can visit their websites and pay online.

What do I need to bring with me to view a model/apartment?
All of our communities require a valid government issued ID or a driver's license.

Do your communities offer 24-hour emergency maintenance?
Yes. Please contact your community office for more information.

How old do you have to be to apply for a Senior Community?
Our Senior communities welcome those who are 55 and older.

Is the security deposit refundable?
Yes, if eligible, deposits are typically refunded within 30 days.

I want to get a pet. What do I do?
No problem! Pets are welcome, restrictions apply, please see office for details.

My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Be sure to notify your Community Director in writing 30 days prior to moving. The apartment must be cleaned and returned to the status it was given to you in. Please see office for more information.
